Job Description
Vodeno is an innovator in the Banking-as-a-Service space, supported by a leading global equity firm and the UniCredit Group. They are seeking a Business Development Manager/Director to develop and implement business development strategies, acquire new clients, and drive revenue growth within the European market, specifically targeting the Italian, French, Spanish, or DACH regions. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, market analysis, and leveraging a deep understanding of fintech and lending.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven track record of success in business development within the fintech sector
- Experience selling BaaS or lending solutions
- Strong understanding of lending, financial markets & products and industry regulation
- Local knowledge of the Italian, French, Spanish or DACH market
- Ability to work autonomously and maintain high productivity in an international context
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities
- Fluent English
