Job Description
VNA Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide hospice care and support patients and families in a General Inpatient setting. This role involves assessing pain, planning and directing services, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, and providing patient education and counseling. Requirements
- Current and active California RN license
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- Minimum one year acute care experience
- Current CPR certification
- IV and Central Line experience desired
- Excellent communication skills
