Job Description
VNA Health is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse Coordinator to provide quality patient care in the Hospice team. This role involves assisting the RN in ensuring compliance, running audits, scheduling visits, and providing direct patient care. The position requires a commitment to values-based care and a passion for improving patient well-being.
Requirements
- Current and active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
- Minimum one year experience required.
- Three years’ experience preferred.
- Community health/hospice or medical/surgical experience is preferred.
- CPR certification.
- Licensed driver with insured automobile.
