Job Description
VNA Health is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide compassionate and safe care to patients in their homes. The HHA will assist with daily needs, perform necessary personal care, plan meals, and report observations to the supervising nurse. They will participate in interdisciplinary care and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements
- Current and active California Home Health Aide Certification
- Current CPR certification
- Licensed driver with insured automobile
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Self-directed with minimal supervision
