Care Pathway Lead - Neurology

We are looking for a Care Pathway Lead - Neurology to lead the Care Pathway Program for Neurology and drive the success of one or more care pathways from pilot through early access. The role requires strong clinical knowledge, leadership skills, and ability to influence behavior change.

Requirements

• 15+ years' experience leading high priority initiatives focused on program delivery to improve areas of clinical care
• Strong understanding of Neurology, current clinical, operational, and economic challenges
• Ability to influence behavior change and adoption of new care pathways
• Interpret, discuss and present program level data to make continuous improvement
• AI native, with experience using AI in personal and professional settings
