Job Description
Vix Technology is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to join their Manchester-based team. The role focuses on maintaining, improving, and standardising Corporate IT, supporting business initiatives, and ensuring the stability of the global IT environment. The role is on-site with 5 days per week and requires strong technical skills and a collaborative team spirit.
Requirements
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
- Support IT leadership in delivering group-wide IT modernisation.
- Supporting corporate applications like Atlassian, Google Workspace, and HubSpot.
- Operating within the ITIL framework and ensuring incident, request, and change management are following best practices.
