Job Description
Vix Technology is seeking two dynamic Field Service Engineers to join their team in the South of England. The role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting their state-of-the-art systems, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to SLAs and KPIs. They are looking for individuals passionate about enhancing public transit with innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Diagnose system issues through electrical testing.
- Resolve hardware faults on vehicles and on-street equipment.
- Maintain effective communication with customers.
- Drive improvements in KPI performance.
- Install and commission on-vehicle and on-street systems.
- Ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities.
- Participate in periodic meetings with Vix staff.
- Adhere to planned maintenance schedules.
- Comply with Health and Safety regulations.
