We’re looking for a skilled UI Designer with a strong command of visual design principles, solid UX instincts, and hands-on experience designing interfaces for mobile or desktop games.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, ideally within game development
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatile UI work - complete UX flows in shipped projects
- Deep understanding of usability principles, UX heuristics, platform guidelines, and accessibility standards
- Solid grasp of visual design fundamentals including layout, typography, icon design, motion, and color harmony
- Fluent in leading design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Working knowledge of Unity UI systems - Canvas, anchoring, slicing, prefabs, sprite atlases, and animation pipelines
- Comfortable designing for a wide range of resolutions, screen sizes, aspect ratios, and control schemes
- Awareness of engine limitations and how to optimize assets for performance
- Familiarity with the most popular AI tools used in design workflows (e.g. Midjourney, ChatGPT, Firefly, RunwayML, etc.)
