Job Description
Vivaldi is a leading global strategy consultancy for marketing, growth, and innovation. They are looking for a Senior Designer to join their team in Munich to develop and grow their design capabilities.
Requirements
- 3-5 or 5-7 years of professional experience in brand design, digital design, or creative direction
- Experience in working for international brands and complex design systems
- Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Figma, and Miro
- Expertise in corporate design, visual brand development, digital service design, and UX basics
- Understanding and application of design thinking and agile working methods
- High conceptual strength and ability to translate strategic content visually
- Structured, independent working style – also under time pressure
- Team spirit, communication skills, and solution-oriented thinking
- Very good German and English language skills, as well as a good sense of language in creation
- Self-evident handling of MS Office and presentation tools
