Job Description
Viva.com is seeking a Client Relationship On-Field Representative to promote its services to merchants. This role involves visiting clients, verifying accounts, providing support, and engaging with system-scheduled and self-initiated activities. The position is suitable for candidates with experience in finance or hospitality, offering a chance to contribute to a tech-driven company.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably within financial services or the hospitality sector.
- Understanding of financial products and services.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
- Fluency in Croatian and business-level English.
- Resilience and ability to handle objections.
