Job Description
Vitestro is looking for a Program Manager to lead a project team in delivering a product to the market. The successful candidate will have experience in product development, highly regulated environments, and strong communication skills. The role offers a competitive salary, pension plan, and a hybrid work model.
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelors degree in a relevant Engineering or business management discipline
- 5+ years of relevant experience in product development – high-tech equipment, and/or software products
- Experience in highly regulated environments, preferably MedTech
- Proven ability to get things done in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to switch between hands-on and leadership orientation
- Strong communicator — you keep teams aligned and take others with you
- Proactive, energetic, and results-driven — you take initiative and follow through
- Strong communication skills; fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
