Assembly Technician

Vitestro is pioneering the future of blood collection with the Aletta Autonomous Robotic Phlebotomy DeviceTM (ARPDTM). We are expanding our team to ensure successful implementation and long-term reliability of our cutting-edge medical devices.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related field; or equivalent hands-on experience in device assembly.
• 2-4 years of experience in assembling high-tech equipment or medical devices.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in testing and calibrating mechanical and electronic components.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work precisely and efficiently under deadlines.
• Familiarity with quality control processes, documentation, and compliance with ISO standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, with the ability to accurately document work.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
