Requirements
- Technical diploma or degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related field; or equivalent hands-on experience in device assembly.
- 2-4 years of experience in assembling high-tech equipment or medical devices.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in testing and calibrating mechanical and electronic components.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work precisely and efficiently under deadlines.
- Familiarity with quality control processes, documentation, and compliance with ISO standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, with the ability to accurately document work.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
