Job Description
The Leadership Development Specialist is responsible for applying instructional design models to create and maintain leadership development programs. This role involves ensuring VITAS's leadership strategies are integrated, developing up-to-date training materials, and supporting retention strategies. The specialist will also assist in succession planning and leadership development tool design.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of professional experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Learning & Development.
- Experience developing leaders following a 70/20/10 model and a blended learning approach.
- Experience in learning and development with increasing responsibility and scope.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Articulate, and Excel.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
