Hospice Care Physician

VITAS Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Hospice Physician to provide high-quality end-of-life care to patients and families. This role involves building relationships with patients and families, providing care in a home setting (private residence, NH, assisted living, or skilled nursing facility), and advocating for patient wishes. Requirements

• Licensed to practice medicine or osteopathy in the state
• Board-certified or board-eligible in hospice and palliative medicine
• Knowledge of hospice and registered with the DEA
• Commitment to hospice and compassionate care
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Ability to handle shift changes (intraday and interday)
