Admissions RN BILINGUAL

VITAS is seeking a bilingual Admissions RN to provide compassionate end-of-life care and guide patients and families through the transition from hospital to hospice. The role involves conducting clinical assessments, educating patients and families, and providing emotional support. Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (hospice, palliative, ER, ICU, home health or case management preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Active listener who builds trust and rapport
• Confident in guiding others through uncertainty
• Reliable professional with strong follow-through and autonomy
• Patient-centered advocate committed to dignity and comfort
