Requirements

• MD/DO Degree
• Board Certified
• Licensed in Wisconsin State or IMLC
• BLS Certification Required
• PALS Certification Required
• EPIC Preferred
• Supervise Advance Practice Providers
• Must be willing to supervise Advance Practice Providers
