Requirements

• Master’s degree, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in customer support or operations
• Experience using CRM systems or similar tools
• Strong English communication skills
• A team player who collaborates effectively, even in a remote environment
• Passion for healthcare and health equity
• Background working in start-ups and/or fast-paced environments
