VistaVu Solutions is an employee-owned tech company seeking a seasoned HR Director to develop and execute an HR strategy to engage employees and drive exceptional business performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR Leadership experience
- Comfort working in a hands-on, fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Ability to develop and operationalize an HR strategy aligned with business goals
- Partner with operations leaders to manage performance and engagement
- Standardize and automate people management processes
- Use data to guide decisions and improve engagement and retention
- Manage a small HR team
- Excellent decision-making skills and ability to influence, engage and inspire others
- Proven track record of developing and implementing innovative people programs to support organizational growth
- Strong business acumen with ability to understand key financial and HR drivers that impact business results
- Strong consultative style with experience coaching and supporting business leaders
- Advanced working knowledge of HR-related legislation
- Experience in a multi-jurisdictional work environment, including previous support of Canadian and US operations, is preferred
- HR designation preferred
