Analyst- Spain Remote

VistaPrint is seeking an Analyst to join their Analytics Experience domain, working on the Commercial Analytics team to drive strategic opportunities forward and optimize the customer experience. The role involves partnering with the EU CRM team to build a more personalized customer experience, driving loyalty and lifetime value.

Requirements

• 1+ years in an analytics environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field
• Experience in eCommerce, particularly with cross-functional Marketing teams
• Compelling communication and outstanding stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SQL (Snowflake)
• Experience with experimentation tools (e.g., Optimizely, Statsig, or similar)
• Good understanding of exploratory analysis and statistical techniques
