Job Description
Visium is seeking a Business Developer Director to lead the business development activities and act as the initial point of contact for customers, partners, new joiners, and public authorities in the life sciences sector. The role focuses on driving growth, shaping enterprise-level AI & Data strategies, and leveraging digital transformation initiatives. It's a high-impact position requiring a strategic, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented mindset.
Requirements
- 6 - 8 years of experience in business development, client engagement, or strategic consulting, ideally within the Life Sciences sector.
- Proven ability to drive enterprise client acquisition and revenue growth in complex, regulated industries.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring teams and fostering commercial and technical expertise.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinker, and highly results-oriented.
- Fluent in English, German/French will be considered as a plus.
