Job Description
Visionworks is looking for charismatic Optometric Assistants to be the face of their Exam Practice and ensure a great patient experience. The role involves maintaining patient records, conducting preliminary testing, and supporting the store's operational activities.
Requirements
- Maintain complete and accurate patient records
- Conduct preliminary testing and introduce patient to OD
- Transition patient from doctor to sales floor and provide associates with necessary information
- Execute day-to-day operational activities to support store's exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals
