Human Resources Generalist

Human Resource Generalist will deliver full-spectrum HR support across all client locations, overseeing core HR activities and partnering with Human Resources Manager and department leaders to ensure HR initiatives align with organizational goals and values.

Requirements

• Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
• Serve as a primary contact for employee questions related to policies, benefits, and payroll.
• Contribute to the development and rollout of HR programs, initiatives, and systems.
• Assist with employee relations matters and advise managers on performance issues and corrective actions.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity.
• Administer benefits programs and assist employees with enrollment, changes, and claims.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and internal regulations.
• Support performance management processes such as goal setting, evaluations, and development planning.
• Participate in HR audits and generate compliance and HR metrics reports.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
