Commercial Senior Appraiser

We are looking for a qualified, experienced Commercial Real Estate Senior Appraiser to join our expanding team of professionals. The Commercial Senior Appraiser will work directly under the direction of the Project Manager and be responsible for the valuation and review process of commercial, industrial, mixed-use and apartment properties.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of the mass appraisal process
• 5+ years of appraisal experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
