Job Description
Vise is seeking an experienced Investment Operations Specialist to join their Investment Strategy Team in New York City. This role focuses on operationalizing Vise's internal processes, offering entrepreneurial solutions to improve the middle and back office investment processes. The specialist will work with trading partners and regulatory compliance, ensuring smooth day-to-day account management and performance monitoring.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years in a financial services operations role
- Experience working for or with SMA providers and TAMPs
- Familiarity with RIA custodian platforms (Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing, Goldman Sachs, Altruist, TradePMR)
- Proficient with alternative investments (interval funds and private placements)
- Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Databricks or other data platforms (plus)
