Job Description
Vise is seeking a Director of Information Technology to set and execute the IT strategy, manage systems and infrastructure, and implement cutting-edge tools to support employees and business operations. This role is critical for maintaining a secure and productive IT environment, collaborating with key stakeholders, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned IT leader with a strong security mindset and experience in scaling SaaS-based systems.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
- 5+ years in financial services, fintech, or a related regulated industry
- Deep understanding of how regulated financial services functions operate
- Expertise in scaling SaaS-based environments, including identity and access management, endpoint security, and compliance frameworks
- Strong security-first mindset, with hands-on knowledge of modern protocols
- Proven experience driving SOC 2 readiness and audits
- Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams
- Technical acumen to partner with engineering and security teams
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
