As a (Senior) Business Process Owner, you will own a part of the commercial B2B SaaS lifecycle and create detailed process maps, workflows, and scalable designs. You will identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and write structured business requirements, PRDs, and user stories.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in process management, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Strong skills in process modeling (e.g. BPMN) and in working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience writing business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Solid understanding of CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, SugarCRM) and related tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, a structured way of working, and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable guidance.
- Fluent English skills; German is a plus.
