Job Description
Visa is a world leader in payments and technology, and we're looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our Open Banking engineering team in Bangalore. As a key member of this team, you will lead the design and implementation of new features and systems, working closely with Generative AI agents to deliver innovative, high-quality connectivity solutions at unprecedented speed and scale.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8-12 years of Software Development Experience
- Experience leading technical strategy and architecture for new systems and enhancing and modernizing legacy systems
- Proven experience as a strong Senior/Staff Engineer, leading technical teams in fintech or fullstack/backend systems
- Extensive experience working with Java, Node.js and Javascript
- Experience with Generative AI, including prompt engineering and tooling orchestration
- Experience with cloud-native DevOps, including AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code
