Job Description
We are looking for an Analyst, Business Development Executive to join our team in Mumbai, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a credit cards portfolio for one of the top tier banks in India, focusing on diagnostics, activation, dormancy, and customer experience across key transaction types.
Requirements
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in cards, payments, or financial services analytics
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
