Job Description
VSO is seeking highly motivated Desktop Support professionals for its El Segundo, CA location. This role involves providing workstation software support, including PC installation, asset recovery, and troubleshooting. The position requires maintaining workstation operations and client satisfaction, and may involve client center support. Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Desktop Support
- Knowledge of PC Imaging
- Experience with change management and incident management
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink and Secure Disk Wipe
- Must be within driving distance of El Segundo, CA and willing to work onsite
- Must possess an active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance or above
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Must be able to walk up and down stairs or ramps
- Must be able to kneel and work under desks or in confined spaces
