Job Description
Virtru is seeking a Federal On-Site Technical Lead to manage the delivery, deployment, and technical integration of their Data Security Platform (DSP). The role involves aligning customer and internal teams, managing customer expectations, and ensuring compliance with security standards. Virtru's data protection platform offers a new paradigm for sharing data and collaboration, driven by an open standard like TDF.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with active CI Poly preferred
- 7+ years of experience in technical leadership or site lead role in federal or DoD projects, especially with data protection, secure collaboration, or encryption technologies.
- Strong understanding of system integration (APIs, encryption, access control, networking)
- Experience executing in complex environments with infrastructure dependencies.
- Strong sense of accountability and urgency in a mission-critical, high-visibility environment.
