Virta Health is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead the Retention Squad, driving impactful data-driven insights for customer success and product innovation. This role involves translating complex data into actionable recommendations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading experimentation to advance Virta’s mission. Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a Healthcare Analytics or Data Science role
- 5+ years of experience working data science and visualization tools (SQL, R, and/or Python)
- Advanced understanding of data storage, ETL frameworks, data transformation, and validation
- Experience in building BI dashboards using tools such as Looker or Tableau
