Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Field of study, academic background, or demonstrated interest in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related study
- Interest and passion for working in public service
- Some experience working in a professional setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
- Basic understanding of mortgage origination processes is a plus
- Basic SQL or Power BI knowledge a plus
- Basic understanding of Project management with Lean/Six Sigma knowledge a plus
