Job Description
VHC Health is seeking a Staff Development Specialist II to support nursing staff through education, coaching, and mentorship. This role involves training, providing feedback, and facilitating collaboration across units, with opportunities for growth and work-life balance. The position offers variety, impact, and a supportive culture.
Requirements
- Five years of healthcare/medical - nursing/patient care experience in a relevant discipline.
- BLS certification.
- Certification in a specialty, we eligible is to be obtained within 12 months.
- Physical requirements based on the demands of the position.
- Membership in one professional organization (preferred).
