Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7+ years in growth, partnerships, or commercial leadership.
- Experience in high-growth agencies/consultancies.
- Strong track record of closing multi-million-dollar deals.
- Understanding of social ecosystems and content performance.
- Experience translating cultural trends into commercial strategy.
- Proficiency with modern CRM tools.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex negotiations.
