Account Director - Tech

Viral Nation is seeking a dedicated Account Director for our Technology department with a robust mix of influencer marketing, social media, analytics, content marketing and technology experience. The successful candidate will lead, retain and grow their dedicated portfolio of technology clientele, and drive initiatives to increase customer net retention rates and expand relationships with existing technology customers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of digital/social/marketing experience where technology played a role in the success of the product
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms
• Experience managing multiple client portfolios across various and integrated service offerings
• Expert knowledge of paid and organic influencer tactics
• Proficient in interpreting information provided by influencer management software and applying the knowledge to customer conversations
• Excelling project management skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and empower a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• An analytical mindset with proficiency in using customer success platforms and data analysis tools
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful customer success strategies
• Expert grasp of social media platforms
• Proficient with MS Office, Google or other presentation software
• Software tools such as Hubspot, Kantata and Monday.com
