Viking is seeking an Internship Purchasing & Assortment Operations Intern to provide support to the Viking Office Purchasing & Assortment team. The intern will contribute to maintaining assortment and vendor information, manage daily operations, and gain insights into Category Management. This is a great opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues in a dynamic international environment.

Requirements

• Support the team with daily assortment and vendor-related queries
• Coordinate the collection of product and vendor information
• Assist in onboarding, updating, and phasing out products
• Execute product and vendor updates and promotions
• Prepare reports to support decision-making
• Fluency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Sharp eye for detail and proactive mindset
• Excellent English spoken and written skills
