Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure customer service and loyalty, comply with contracts, address customer concerns, and develop business relationships, often working directly with clients in the Thuringia region. The role involves conducting meetings, supporting events like Cook@School, and enjoys family-friendly working hours and competitive pay.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Experience ideally in the gastronomy or communal catering sector
- Independent action with a high degree of customer and solution orientation
- High degree of independence, organizational skills and reliability
- Very good user knowledge in MS Office
- Fluent German in spoken and written language
- Driving license class B
