Recovery Case Manager

The Recovery Case Manager is responsible for delivering compassionate and trauma-informed services to clients in recovery homes. The role involves providing individual counseling, facilitating groups, and providing case management services.

Requirements

• Act in accordance with Victory Programs' Standards of Excellence & Philosophy of Care
• Provide individual counseling sessions
• Develop and facilitate psycho-educational client groups
• Maintain accurate documentation and record keeping
• Communicate effectively with clients and treatment team
• Provide milieu coverage as needed
• Participate in program events and advocacy efforts
