Job Description
Provides pastoral guidance and leadership to the Youth Ministry in daily operations, weekly services, small groups, and special events. Collaborates with Central ministries and actively participates in spiritual growth and development of students and staff. This role requires maintaining a positive and supportive environment for students and a commitment to providing quality ministry.
Requirements
- Provide leadership and oversight over Youth Ministry operations.
- Communicate effectively to students, parents and adult leaders.
- Develop leadership skills in the Youth Ministry.
- Travel between campuses.
