Job Description
The Junior Business Intelligence Developer will support the ministry’s mission by assisting in the development of data tools and insights. This role focuses on maintaining dashboards, analyzing trends, and ensuring data integrity, contributing to transparency and strategic growth. The position requires collaboration with BI Developers, database cleanup, and presentation of findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Conduct financial, expense, and ministry objective analysis using Tableau and Excel.
- Perform basic forecasting and trend analysis to support planning efforts.
- Partner with BI Developers to define business rules and ensure data integrity.
- Assist in database cleanup and organization to improve reporting quality.
- Translate business needs into analytical requirements under guidance.
- Identify patterns and anomalies in data to inform strategic decisions.
- Present findings clearly to stakeholders across departments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand data needs.
