Childcare Assistant Director

Assistant Director for Victory Montessori. You will support the Director in daily operations, including helping teachers develop their curriculum, searching for grants, and recruiting families through social media and marketing, while also acting as a floater, filling in classrooms where needed.

Requirements

• Director Qualified as determined by Colorado ECE
• At least five years of experience in early childhood education, with a minimum of 1 year in an admin role
• Knowledge of best practices in early childhood education, including developmentally appropriate practices, curriculum design, and assessment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, staff, and community partners
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve high levels of performance
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and policies related to early childhood education, including licensing, accreditation, and safety
