Job Description
This position offers assistance to residents in an Assisted Living Community with activities of daily living. The role involves providing care, assisting residents with tasks, ensuring resident safety and dignity, and ensuring appropriate care, and is part of a Care Plan. The position requires providing assistance under the direction of RNs. This role is a Part-Time position within a 2nd shift.
Requirements
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (toileting, ambulation, eating, etc.)
- Assist residents with self-help skills.
- Administer personal care tasks.
- Respond to bell signals.
- Assist with transportation.
- Maintain resident dignity and safety.
- Follow adult care home policies.
