Personal Care Aide / CNA

This role involves providing personal care and support to residents in an Assisted Living Community. The CNA will perform activities of daily living, assist with bathing and dressing, and provide a safe and supportive environment. The position requires a commitment to maintaining resident dignity and safety, and adherence to all applicable policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including toileting, ambulation, eating, transferring, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Assist residents with self-help skills, promote independence and freedom of movement.
• Follow assigned training plans and receive approval for specialized tasks (e.g., basic care, special health tasks).
• Able to apply adult care home policies and procedures, adhere to accident, fire, OSHA, and emergency protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident services.
