We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our program's clinical services. The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Ph.D. degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, and at least two years of post-license experience in a related field.
Requirements
- Completion of a clinical program with a Master's or Ph.D. degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field of behavioral or medical science
- Two years experience post-license experience and/or post masters management experience in a related field
- Holds a clinical license issued by appropriate State agency consistent with standards outlined in the Agency's Clinical Licensing Standards policy (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
- Valid California driver's license, personal automobile insurance, and driving record that meets the standards outlined in the Agency's Personnel Policy: Motor Vehicle Operating Standards
- Physically and mentally fit in accordance with the Agency's Personnel Policy: Physical Fitness Standards and Examinations
- Willingness to complete a Tuberculosis (TB) test, and drug screening test
- Willingness to complete a personal background investigation conducted by the State of California and meet California Community Care Licensing standards for employment
- Ability to think and act quickly in emergencies, effectively deal with personal danger, and maintain mental capacity which allows the capability of exercising sound judgment and rational thinking under varied circumstances
