Job Description
The Lean / FEM Coordinator drives continuous improvement, waste elimination, and operational excellence across fabrication facilities. This role serves as the Lean subject-matter expert, training coordinator, and cultural ambassador for Lean, FEM, and VPDS methodologies.
Requirements
- Follow all company safety rules, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Serve as the skill coach/SME for Lean methodologies
- Build and sustain a team-based, waste-elimination culture
- Develop and maintain the annual Lean/FEM activity schedule
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate Lean events
- Deliver Lean training modules for all FEM/VPDS related skills
- Identify improvement opportunities across plant asset areas
- Partner with leadership to set Lean goals and business-aligned objectives
- Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective action development
