Instructional Designer

The Instructional Designer supports the design and development of global learning solutions that drive skill growth, leadership development, and organizational performance. The role partners closely with subject matter experts, trainer teams, and business stakeholders to create engaging, scalable, and culturally relevant learning experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience designing and developing training in a corporate or global environment
• Strong proficiency in learning authoring tools and LMS platforms
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
