Indirect Category Manager

The Category Manager- Indirect will lead negotiations and supplier management with the Victaulic indirect supply base, driving the strategic sourcing process on a global basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management from an accredited college or university
• Relevant, progressive Strategic Sourcing, Category Management or equivalent work experience and expertise
• Experience in indirect materials & services preferred
• Ability to deliver significant cost reduction and service level improvements
• Ability to identify key performance measures and evaluate alternatives
• Ability to build and lead teams attaining cross-functional consensus
