Senior Utility Coordinator

VIAS Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Utility Coordinator to lead utility coordination efforts for transportation design projects and drive strategic growth in the transportation infrastructure group.

Requirements

• Lead utility coordination efforts for transportation design projects
• Identify existing utilities and potential conflicts through plan reviews and coordination
• Coordinate with public and private utility companies
• Serve as the primary point of contact between DOTs, utilities, and design teams
• Review design plans to assess utility impacts and relocation needs
• Track utility coordination schedules and commitments
• Facilitate coordination meetings and document decisions
• Support preparation of utility agreements and permits
• Ensure compliance with DOT and FHWA requirements
• Identify risks and support mitigation strategies
