Operator Lead

We are hiring an Operator Lead to join our team in Chicopee, MA. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machines, supervising operators, and ensuring productivity and efficiency in our manufacturing process. This is a 2nd shift position with a competitive salary range of $20.00-$25.00. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision benefits, generous paid time off, and a 401k plan with company match.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing work environment
• Previous work experience showing good attendance levels and effective problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate computer skills to generate reports
