Job Description
The Associate Machine Operator is responsible for operating machines and equipment in the manufacturing of products, with a focus on product quality and production rates. The role involves following operating manuals, performing inspections, and working with other employees to meet or exceed expectations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of machining experience
- Demonstrated experience with setting up and operating milling, EDM, lathes
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
- Demonstrated experience using various measurement tools
- Problem solving skills
